Norsk utvandring til Canada
Odd S. Lovolls bok om utvandringen til Amerika via kanadiske havnebyer, Across the Deep Blue Sea, er nå oversatt til norsk av Elisabet Middelthon og Marius Middelthon. Tittelen er Den lange overfarten: Tidlig norsk utvandring til Amerika. Boken blir lansert i Fritt Ords Lokaler i Uranienborgveien 2, tirsdag 3. mai 2016 kl. 17:00. Odd Lovoll vil snakke om sin bok i samtale med Gunnar Nerheim fra Universitetet i Stavanger. Det blir enkel servering.

Seminaret vil blir avholdt i Stavanger i 2017
 
NAHA-Norges essaysamlinger  
Vol. XIV utkom i juni 2014 med undertittel "Migrant Journeys: The Norwegian-American Experience in a Multicultural Context". Vol. XV er under arbeid. Det vil inneholde artikler fra seminaret på Fagernes i 2014.
 
Ny bok om utvandringen til Amerika
Edvard Hoems roman, Slåttekar i himmelen, kom ut i november 2014. Det er første bind i fortellingen om hans familie i Romsdalen, hvorav mange utvandret til Syd-Dakota. Livet var tøft både for de som ble hjemme og de som utvandret. Bind to utkom i november 2015 med tittelen Bror min på prærien. Norsk utvandringshistorie i tre bind skrevet av Sverre Mørkhagen
Første bind, Farvel Norge, (2009) drøfter bakgrunnen for utvandringen til Amerika.
Annet bind, Drømmen om Amerika, (2012) omhandler historien om det norske Amerika (1825-1900).
Tredje bind, Det norske Amerika, (2014) behandler norsk-amerikanernes historie frem til 1975.
